Hurricane Helene has had a devastating impact on Pinellas County, the state of Florida, the Appalachians and others. If you would like to help those affected, we have several ways you can be part of the recovery.
DONATIONS
Pinellas County is collecting items for those affected in our area. You can bring any of these items to the church and we will take them to the drop off locations. Or you can take items directly to one of the collection sites listed on this website.
Items accepted:
- Sports drinks
- Personal care items
- Disposable baby diapers
- Disposable adult diapers
- Baby food/ formula
- Can openers (manual)
- Plasticware
- Paper products
- Cleaning supplies, including mops and brooms
- Dust masks
- Gloves - Work gloves, heavy rubber kitchen gloves and non-sterile gloves
- Flashlights and fresh batteries
- Hand tools
Items NOT accepted:
- Used clothing
- Bottled water
- Furniture, appliances and other large items
MAKE A MONETARY DONATION
We're also collecting monetary donations that will go to the Florida Conference Disaster Recovery Support Fund. 100% of donations to this fund will be used for disaster recovery.
