UMW: Dorcas - Ryan's Case for Smiles

The Dorcas Sewing Circle is offering a wonderful opportunity to bring smiles to children in the hospital through Ryan's Case for Smiles. This non-profit organization helps children who are hospitalized deal with the stress of illness. Join us in room 212 of the CLEC (Arts and Crafts Room) to learn how to make whimsical pillowcases that make a difference for sick children.
You will need 27” X 44” (3/4 yd.) of 100% cotton, child-friendly fabric plus 9” X 44” (1/4 yd.) of contrasting fabric. We will also have some kits ready to sew. For those who don't want to sew, we are also looking for volunteers to pin, iron, sort and bag. Come join us for three hours of fellowship and make a difference in a sick child’s recovery!
